In my lack of sleep, I forgot to actually fix the gamepad control in the main menu and the game over menu.

Changelist:

• Fixed odd glitch in which the round wouldn't end if there were two workers. Is a game that has no end a game at all?
• Fixed controller support in the main menu and the game-over screen. Gamepad/KB&M support in Unreal's UMG is painful.
• Added credits.txt because I'm not a monster and like to give credit where credit is due.
